This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. The only cookie present is a functional cookie set by Fillout when you interact with our booking form. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data under any circumstances. Where necessary to operate our services, data may be shared with trusted subprocessors who are GDPR compliant and operate under appropriate agreements, including: Resend for email delivery; Fillout for appointment scheduling; Supabase for database infrastructure where applicable; Cloudflare as the underlying infrastructure provider for MarginLabs Hosting (production hosting) and MarginLabs Preview (non-production previews); our self-hosted MarginLabs Stats (powered by Umami) for aggregated website analytics; and MarginLabs Bookings (Provider-managed booking SaaS) where a Client project includes it under the applicable agreement.
MarginLabs infrastructure (summary)
For client website projects, MarginLabs Hosting, MarginLabs Preview, MarginLabs Stats, MarginLabs Pulse, and MarginLabs Bookings (where included in the applicable SOW) are delivered as part of the monthly retainer package, together with ongoing operational upkeep. This includes routine service oversight and reasonable response to breakages during active maintenance. Included minor updates are available under maintenance, with concrete limits and cadence defined in the applicable Proposal or Scope of Work (SOW), not in this Policy. Full commercial conditions (including buyout and maintenance end-state) are governed by the Terms and the applicable SOW.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, restricted access to authorized personnel only, and regular security reviews.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure it is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions where applicable.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
